As above, test drive them and then get a little closer to the detail of the specs of each. I don't know much about the Civic but I'd rate the interior of the Leon ahead of the Focus and Astra. The Leon also has full LED lights front and back, the Civic only has LED headlights and the other two are entirely halogen still. The Leon's infotainment and driver information system is pretty good too.
