What to do about this mesh?

I've had a couple of cases over the years where the magnetic mesh filter has had creases or dents in it but this is by far the worst.

What's the solution to this. Can I heat it up or something or do I need to try and source replacement mesh and magnetic strips?
Thanks

What did you do it?!!

I’ve had many cases with a removable mesh and they remain looking pristine.

What case is it? I’d be reaching out to the manufacturer and asking if you could purchase a replacement.

Looking online i found a couple of suggestions.

To fix a bent or creased magnetic mesh PC dust filter, you need to apply low, controlled heat to flatten the plastic mesh back into its original shape.

Step 1: Remove the Filter
Take the magnetic mesh completely off the computer tower. Never try to repair or apply heat to the filter while it is attached to the case, as this can transfer heat directly to your internal computer components.

Step 2: Use the Ironing Method
The most reliable way to flatten warped mesh is with a standard clothes iron:
    • Place the filter on a completely flat, hard, heat-resistant surface (like an ironing board).
    • Lay a thin, clean piece of fabric or a towel completely over the dust filter to protect the plastic from direct contact with the metal plate.
    • Turn your iron to its lowest heat setting (no steam).
    • Gently pass the iron over the towel-covered filter a few times. Do not leave the iron sitting in one spot.
    • Immediately place a heavy, flat object (like a large textbook) on top of the filter while it cools to lock the flat shape in place.

Step 3: Alternate Option (Warm Water)
If you do not have an iron, you can submerge the filter in warm (not boiling) tap water for 1–2 minutes to soften the plastic mesh. Take it out, sandwich it between two heavy, flat surfaces, and let it dry completely.

Think i would try the warm water trick first.

Well I decided to have a bash at straightening it and it looks pretty good now

All I did was ran it under hot water which smoothed it a little bit then I thought I'd try my 3d printer heat bed with something big and flat on it which took out a lot more of the creases then when I tried it back on the system and realised the whole thing still looked like crap and it had shrunk so I threw it in the bin and fitted new stuff
I was concerned the stuff I ordered might not be the same as the stuff that came off, but thankfully AliExpress didn't package it properly, so it was almost identical, i.e. full of creases. I did manage to trim it ever so slightly smaller than the original and get just enough to do the job though.
Cost less than a fiver and saved the case.
