You could contact the local cat protection league and borrow a trap. Catch the cat in question and take it in when you take yours in to be "done". Collect them all a few days later and re-release him where you caught him.

Easiest, most humane way of dealing with the problem rather than just moving it on.

My gf had a family of semi feral cats set up in her back garden recently and we have spent the last few weeks catching the female and a male that was hanging around and having them spayed/neutered. The kittens went in last weekend.
