what to do with chicken breast pieces

Go out and buy some green thai curry paste, tin of coconut milk and a red pepper.

Then come back and ask again. I'll have an answer for you then. :)

how would you cook all this? I have the curry paste at home and the chicken (breasts but I can use a knife :D.) and have a pepper, just need the coconut milk.

I'm a useless cook so in as many steps as possible please! :p

Lightly brown chopped chicken pieces in a little oil.
Reduce heat, move chicken to one side of pan.
Put 1-2 teaspoons of paste in the pan, allow to warm through.
Add a small amount of coconut milk to the paste and mix so it's a runny consistency.
Gradually add rest of coconut milk, stirring into paste.
Coat chicken in paste and allow to simmer for a little.
Chop red pepper, add to curry.
Put your rice on.
Simmer for a further 10 minutes or so.

Simple, lazy GTC. There are a 1001 better recipes, but that's my lazy version and probably what I'm having tonight (and lunch tomorrow). :)

1. Go to the fridge.

2. Remove paste.

3. Look at label.

4. Use brain to decipher symbols.

5. Do what they tell you.

There are instructions on the back of the jar...
