Hi guys, after playing with a few systems, looks like we be going for MS Office365

Just beware the Patriot act, pretty sure O365 are legally able to read your emails 
Fine if you use them for work and nothing else, just keep that in mind.

Yes I would assume so.
As I said though, not a problem if you anticipate it, and you got nothing to hide!
Large EU based organizations might have some policies that mean they can't use O365 due to the Patriot act though.
