yeah but surely if it works and is reliable does the colour matter ? and you do have side panels on your unit right ? lol i know what your saying ,and they do look yuk ! but if i remember from my first p.c that was a bad colour too.

Is it 12 month with the retailer (OcUK) or is it just 30 days with the retailer and it's then down to manufacture to replace? I always thought it's 12 months with the retailer from date of purchase.

that is the problem...650i SLI is out but 650i ultra stays hidden somewhere....same as rev2 with higher fsb support(heard only rumour that wil be "soon" heh)

Think I'm going to buy the P5B Deluxe, to be honest. Like the DS3, time has tested it, and it's passed so far.

yes that is one of my choices ,if you don,t want the SLI then go with the P5B its a very nice boardd ,plus got a lot of good reviews too

The 650i Ultra will be idential to the P5N-E SLi it just won't have SLi. Like the P5ND2 didn't have SLI, but the P5ND2-SLi did. It will be a cheaper board, with the same bios but different PCI slot layout. It should be a good 'un.

Yeah I'm not bothered about SLI, and I think I've read enough reviews and user testimonial by now to know that the P5B runs a fair bit cooler than the 680i boards do, which is my main worry.

Changed my mind again, but it's final this time. I'm going to get the Asus 650i board since it's only £80.

Just got the board myself yesterday. All up and running pretty smoothly - except the fact my graphics card is dead

(X1800XT 512MB). Oh well, an RMA on that and then I'm all ships go again. Got it paired with an E6400 and Team Xtreem 2GB DDR2-667 3-3-3-8 Micron chips. Running smoothly at the moment, albeit on an X300SE
