when he beeps next go out and say "can I help you" When he replies with "im waiting for my mate" reply with "does waiting require you to beep your horn continuously?" to which he will reply with one of two answers.
1. (more likely) **** off and mind your own business
2. No sorry ill go give him a knock/ring etc.
if he answers 1 you pull out a bottle of ****/***/**** and pour it over his car.

Yea, get a klaxon and when he bibs, go down there, rip his door open, jam the klaxon on and lob it in his car and slam the door shut and hold it

Sorry for digging this old dinosaur up but he came back today and beeped a few times, then about 3 mins later his friend came out and they drove off.
I just hope it's not going to start happening after all this time.
Still thinking the klaxon idea is so funny it might be worth a go.
