I have just had a letter through the post from the police! 'A driving lisence document belonging to you was seized from a male at The Timepiece nightclub, in Exeter.

They have sent the license back to the DVLA and they say I need to order a new one.

I haven't given my driving license out to anyone.

Call the police and ask if there is any outstanding offences against your name you should know about!

It's obviously a fake so find out from both parties what needs doing

the first one was mine, then that went missing, so I ordered a new one. now that went missing, last week.

Am I the only one thinking that this is silly? Just order a new one and be more careful with it, then check for fraudulant activities.

I was lucky a while ago when my wallet was nicked someone found it cards in it and gave it to the police station, had a driving license in it and they kept it in the wallet instead of sending it to the dvla.

Is it not painfully obvious that the driving licence you lost was used by someone to get into the nightclub in Exeter and was either confiscated or lost inside the club...

How can you lose 2 that quickly? Order the new one, and as said above, check if anything nasty's been done in your name.
