what to do?

I have a shuttle powered with [email protected] needing a graphics card what is the best card for around a 100. I have a 5850 in the other PC (fx8350) should I buy a 7790/650 or use 5850 and get something for the fx835 ?

I would get a second hand 7850 off the members market if i were you but i'd also take the 7790 over a 650 if it has to be new.
