You're nuts mate, that is silly distance now.

PS Get a domino's! Had one Friday night.. yum.

Stir fry veg in olive oil or steam them (even better) with grilled chicken or turkey. You won't need any carb rich foods this time of the day. If you get hungry later then eat fruit.

My wife and I are having a hot chicken salad tonight (just finished marinading the meat).

You'll need:
1 large bag of rocket or other salad
1 chicken breast per person
1 pack of tomatoes on the vine (the decent tasty ones)
Pine nuts
Small amount of parmasan
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar.

for the marinade:
small amount of vegetable oil
soy sauce
honey
paprika
chopped (or dried) corriander

mix a tsp of oil with a tsp of soy sauce, add 2 tbsp honey and then 1tsp each of corriander and paprika, place the chopped chicken into this and coat well. Fry off in a wok or pan until the chicken coating has started to caremalise (and you are sure the chicken is cooked through).

Take the tomatoes off the vine, wash and then cut in two, drizzle some olive oil and balsamic vinegar onto them and place in the oven on 180c for around 10-20 minutes.

Place the salad into a bowl, add the tomatoes, then the chicken, scatter with pine nuts and parmesan then if you still want a dressing a small amount of olive oil and balsamic vinegar again.

yummy.
