What to eat with a sore throat?

Hot honey and lemon, Always a good combo.

Any form of soup will be good for the throat as its hot, Breakfast cereal is also good if you let the milk soak into the cereal. However milk prob aint a good idea with a soar throat - from personal experiance anyway, but each to their own.

Anything soft really, the list goes on for ages.

Supposedly eating toast and other normal foods will scrape away the bacteria and brush them into the stomach, where the little gits don't stand a chance! I'm not sure how true that is though.

In any case I'm not sure there's any painless food for sore throats. In my experiance a sore throat hurts whenever your swallow, whether it's ice cream or toast, or even just saliva.

Just have to put up with it I'm afraid :(

Sui Mai with Chilli Sauce.

I always find spicy food makes my sore throat go away. The initial pain isn't nice, but it's like burning a wound with fire; in that it stings at first, but it kinda burns it up and closes the infection/hole/whatever. *MSN thumbs up image*
