If you could only eat in a 3 hour window every day, what would you eat to minimize craving for the remaining 21 hours??
Why?
And I would go into ketosis, to minimize cravings/hunger, although it does take a few days.
Ramadan I think?
I'd eat a lot of fat, greatest kcals per gram.
Thought it was just couldn't eat in daylight leaving plenty of time to eat before bed and get up early and eat again. 2 meal day.
