What to expect with new W/C setup?

My rig:

Asus P5N-E SLi nForce 650
E4300 @ 3GHz 2GB Crucial Balistix 5400 @ 800MHz @ 4-4-4-12 2T
BFG 8800GTX OC stock

Getting the following W/C setup from a forum member:

Lian LI V1200
Thermochill PA120.2
Laing DDC Ultra 18W with Alphacool Reservoir top
EK Full Cover 8800 GTX Block with Acetal top (might be changing to DangerDen Full block - worth it?)
2 litres Feser fluid
FuZion CPU Block

This is all coming on Saturday and getting fitted.

Just wondering what kind of temp decreases I can expect and what kind of clocks I could hit on the CPU and GFX card?

If I increase the CPU speed now then I start getting stability issues, though that might be my case temp as while I have 3 120mm fans it's quite tight in there!

You *could* get 3.6Ghz with the CPU. GFX depends on the card, but generally not much at all. maybe 10mhz core.

I've had the CPU at 3.4 but my Orthos didn't go past 4 hours so I just went down to 3.
