Best way to dispatch lobster/crab is to stab it in the head with a large knife before boiling. Most humane way imo.

Wack it in the freezer for about an hour thn wack it in the boiling watyer, then it wont feel anything

Mmost meat is in the tail but if its got claws crack them open aswell coz the meat is sweet
