what to upgrade or build a new system?

i am currently running:

Intel [email protected]
4x1Gb OCZ repaer 1066
geforce 8800GT 512Mb
Abit IP35 Pro Xe
Antec 900
samsung spinpoint 1Tb and 750Gb
Hiper 880W PSU

basically is there a bottle neck, what would be the most significant part to upgrade in which i would feel the most benefit from?

i think @ that res, like icey said, GPU all the way.

Hipers get a bad reputation for problems a while back when their quality control seemed to be a bit crap, i.e there were premature failures a fair bit. On the other hand, I've just replaced a type-r 580W Hiper after 3 years, its still working fine, but I think the fan bearing might be on its way out so its a bit noisy and I like quiet :)
 
i wasnt sure becasue there is a brand called hi power in which some ppl get mixed up with but this PSU seems fine nice big fan and preforated holes so cant see it fail plus i dont even think im using 500W lol but yeh think im gna pick up a GTX260 216 core for jus over 160£ which aint bad at all still might consider a 4870x2 bt we shall see gna see it there is a price drop when the 4890 comes out first could possibly opt for a 4870 1Gb im also considering moving over to vista 64 from xp so 8gb of RAM might be due for 60£ which aint bad either :D what you guys think?
 
will it not be faster as i will not be using any page filing?
guess just the graphics would be fine but does anyone know any tell tale signs if my hiper PSU is gna choke?
