What TV shows are you currently watching

Wow. I honestly didn't expect anyone would still do this. Do you not have good internet?

My internet is patchy, and to be honest it's more convenient to get discs. It's also mildly exciting looking forward to small packets coming in the post once or twice a week throughtout the daily drudgery of work (Rogue One is in the post today!). Once I'm done with The Wire I plan on committing myself to The Sopranos (disc by disc by disc!)

Only real issue is postal problems or bank holidays....

Currently watching The Missing.

Saw it recommended on here by someone and we done the entire first season in two days. Really good TV.

Started on the 2nd season tonight and the first episode was just awesome. Ended on an incredible cliffhanger.

On ep6 of The Exorcist after seeing the thread on here and the first few posts seems to be praising it. It seems ok so far, but I can see it being one of them shows that gets dragged out.

Some very dodgy special effects which detract from the horror. The nod to the famous scene where she walks downstairs back to front was laughable in the series. Also casting wise the mother of the girl only seems to have one facial expression, they could have chosen better for a character that is on screen so much.

Just finished 13 Reasons Why. Thought it was canny actually, definatly has that draw in factor. Ended up smashing it in over 4 days.

Also quite enjoying Lethal Weapon, its daft and very far fetched, but its easy to watch and I do chuckle at it quite a bit.

I have started watching Avatar on Amazon prime, really enjoying it, not sure it's aimed at adults, but I am young at heart lol

Avatar: The Last Airbender?

Used to watch this with my nephew, thought it was brilliant! I still often watch a few cartoons on a saturday morning. Nothing wrong with it! :D

Too many too list but honourable mention to Narcos. I almost switched it off in the first 10mins but gf wanted to stick with it. Turned out to be an enjoyable 1st ep.

I am going to give Vikings another go. For some reason I can't get into it, even though I love GoT and The Last Kingdom.

Just finished Season 2 of Hand of God (Amazon).

I really enjoyed both seasons, so it's a shame that it's been cancelled.

I'll be starting S2 soon. I really like it but it got panned by reviews. Perhaps it appeals to UK more than US.

Just finished Halt and Catch Fire - waiting on S4 which will be the last season.

Just started Bosch S3 - really good cop drama.

Enjoying Outcast although it's a bit slow and I can see it getting binned.

Billions is really good and very cleverly written.

Currently on with Ripper Street, never watched it when it aired on the BBC, upto s3 and enjoying it so far, I've never been as angry at a show in years as I was for what happened with one of the major storylines, luckily they've resolved it quickly.

If you really do love TLK, don't watch Vikings. It puts TLK to utter shame.

I actually started to watch Vikings after Season 6 of Game of Thrones had ended, so maybe I was expecting too much from it. I know Vikings is highly rated so I will persevere with it.

As for the Last Kingdom I know it isn't as polished as some other shows, but it is still a very good TV. Uhtred would make a good Jon Snow :D
