Worth finishing up season 2 or so just for the conclusion of some character's story arcs. Rewatching I really appreciated the dialogue in season 1 with some of the themes and philosophy involved which is a bit hard to fully appreciate the first time around, but sadly that is missing after the first few episodes of season 2.

I think it ended up being a 5/6 out of 10 for me. It outstayed its welcome and was incredibly repetitive. The ad-libbing waffle just got a bit tedious for me as well. I always enjoyed Tom’s scenes though

I really enjoyed Haunting of Hill House.
Good to see a Bly Manor recommendation, never watched. The Fall of the House of Usher looks another.

Just finished season 2 of House of Dragons. Generally it was awful. Daemon spent five or six episodes being moody in a castle. The rest of the cast spent half the time looking moodily in to the distance.
I don't care about any of the characters or even remember what their names are or who they're related to. I don't care what's building up to for season 3, but I think I'm out.
One more episode of Darryl Dixon to suffer with my wife and the she can watch season 2 and 3? On her own. It's easily as bad as what The Walking Dead turned in to for the last six seasons and now I have to read subtitles. Garbage.
Still enjoying Justified with one more episode of season 2 to go.

I kind of thought the point was that they were all terrible people. All were out for themselves.
If I was to rate them. Hill House >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> House of Usher>>>>>>>>Bly Manor.
Hill House stands apart as being genuinely fantastic whereas the other two are just OK.

)This is my concern, Haunting of Hill House was fantastic, such a deep story and well written characters.
I love paranormal that is driven by well a thought out story, rather than just relying on suspense and jump scares. It's why I enjoyed the Ring and Shutter so much.

Excellent from Joe Wilkinson. Sue Johnston too much like her character in Royle Family but when she is the weak link it shows how good the writing is. When Bobby Ball died they replaced him with Gregor Fisher yet it works.
