What TV shows are you currently watching

Just finished Reacher season 3, Paradise season 1 and Slow Horses season 1.

Reacher was a bit meh. I've read all the books and as much as he looks the part, Alan Ritchson isn't the greatest actor. Tom Cruise pretty much nailed the character, shame he didn't have the physical stature to go with it.

Paradise was pretty good, enough to be looking forward to season 2 when it drops. I did have a few moments when I couldn't suspend belief enough not to be eye rolling at some things.

Slow horses started pretty slow, but got better as it went. I'll certainly give the next season a go.

The Real Unforgotten 6/10 Grim but good police story
An t-Eilean 4/10 Great scenery but poor acting and silly plot

I've just started Daredevil: Born Again. 3 eps in I'm enjoying it, although it seems to be lacking an actual Daredevil...

I also started with ep 1 of White Lotus S3. I hadn't realised Walton Goggins was in it, so that's a good start!

Small Town, Big Story. Took a couple of episodes to find it's feet, but it was hilarious and if you're Irish, there's loads of Irish actors in it. David Wilmot is brilliant and worth the price of admission alone. 8/10

Finished it last night, hopefully season 3 will drop soon on Netflix UK. Its good isn't it, just a decent fun to watch sci-fi/comedy.
(Resident Alien). Yes just finished Season 2. Seems the only way to see Season 3 ATM in the UK is on Now TV but that's one subscription service too many. So hopefully Netflix won't be too far behind.

Overall very good show and very funny in places, though at times it does start to tread into small town soap territory. Alan Tudyk naturally steals the show. 8/10.

Just finished Nobody Wants This, which was very good, but probs not most on here's cuppa tea.

It's essentially a rom-com drawn out into a series, that is actually good and funny.

Could earn you brownie points with the missus, just sayin'.

I watched the 4 part Boiling Point on the bbc iPlayer but by the end I realised I should have watched the 22 minute film with Stephen Graham first.

The 22 minute film was great though.

I was less impressed by the 4 episodes and started to check out and go on my phone by episode 3.

Of course everytime Stephen Graham appeared briefly, I'd watch intensely.

No, you should have watched the full length movie, first.

Black Snow Season 2 - a watchable slow moving cold case Australian crime drama.
