...the following when you are given a question with.

Do you like .....

"Strongly Agree, Agree, Disagree, Strongly Disagree."

In a questionnaire what type of questions are these?

I was thinking multiple choice but there must be a better term for this.

It's just a multiple choice of predetermined answers. They usually are set to match the question.

E.g. the following question: Did you enjoy the football match?
Wouldn't work very well with the following answers:

Strongly Agree
Agree
Disagree
Strongly Disagree

They would then probably use something like:

Very much so
Yes
Not sure
No
Hated every minute.

Or alternatively the question says on a scale of 1 - 10 what do you think of the following etc.
