Looking to upgrade to 2GB of RAM, and upgrading my graphics card my curent specs are:

Pentium D [email protected]
1GB Corsair XMS2 @675MHz
7600GT @625MHz/750MHz
Hiper 580w modular

Should I (A) Upgrade the CPU to conroe
OR
(B) Upgrade to 2GB of RAM and buy new graphics card, and if so should I get a 7900GT 256MB or X1800XT 512MB?

Any help would be appreciated!
 
about 120-130, I could sell my my 7600 for 80 and then 70 or 80 towards graphics card and the rest for ram :)
