What was the first CPU cooler you ever bought?

It cooled pretty well but it was precerious to install/uninstall, it required pressing down on those clips with a screwdriver (not enough room for finger) should the screwdriver slip the first thing it will smack into is the motherboard  Hated working with that cooler.

I cant for the life of me remember for definite the model. But it was a zalman fan. Took my Socket A 2500m to well above 3200+ spec.

It was one of the flower fans, I think it could have been this

It definitely had the 2 toned colour to the heatsink

Mk1 Freezer Pro.

Enabled me to oc a 1.86Ghz E6300 Duo to 2.8Ghz, 1st overclock I ever did, the performance increase had me hooked on overclocking & for this reason its one of the best pieces of hardware I ever bought.

Thermosonic Thermoengine V60-4210 for my Abit KT7A-RAID motherboard & Athlon AXIA 1GHz Chip at 1.4GHz when OCUK sold these with the pencil lines already drawn in to unlock the multiplier, must have been about 2001. I bought a Delta 60mm EHE fan for it AKA "The Screamer" as it ran at 8000rpm, listening to it really wasn't pleasant so it didn't stay on the heatsink for very long.
