Folding@Home as others have mentioned.
I know JAlbum will use all four cores but I haven't tried it on this PC yet. I suspect disk access will be the limiting factor rather than CPU power.

vista's trustedinstaller.exe/wmiprvse.exe which randomly maxes my cpu (grr!), its doing it right now as a matter of fact, urgh.

UT3 demo does a good job of maxing out my C2D.

Same here...noticed both cores are consistently above 85-90% at all times

eve online will consistently eat the entirity of 1 core; so 2 clients, 100% on 2 cores... 4 clients... my system starts to really struggle .

I've also found UT3 to be pretty CPU intensive; certainly thats my bottleneck atm, not entirely sure on sup-com what the bottleneck is... also I'd assume Civ4 is pretty heavy on CPU in the late game... but again not actually graphed it to find out.
