I understand they cloned Dolly the sheep it was all for science, they might do it to the cow but why milk it? Surely it's cheaper to get a cow pregnant than to go through IVF on a cow ! I am don't see cow being a endangered species so we need to repopulate them.

They'll need to clone a lot of animals before they perfect it I would think.
At the end of the day it is just meat isn't it? Infact if it made a particularly good steak you could now have an identical one again and again and again. Sounds good :)

Have you guys seen Monty Python & The Holy Grail?

The reason for cloning cows is obvious!! They are to be used as part of GWB's revised strategy for Iraq. Just imagine, an unlimited supply of explosive bovines tossed into Al Queda strongholds - that'd soon get them on the run.

Can't believe you chaps missed that. Talk about obvious!! ;)

It couldn't be any worse than the current strategy!

Did you click on SC by mistake?

I understand that the 'Knights of Ni' are also freelance now. A joint offensive in conjunction with the cows would surely take 'shock and awe' to new heights.

Its all in the name of scientific progress, and experience. I expect in a few years, cloning will be looked back upon with misty eyes in the first steps we took in genetic development.

In recent military cutbacks they were disbanded and formed a new regiment called (and forgive my spelling) The Knights who say Ekky Ekky Ekky Ptaaaannng. Or similar.

Still a force to be reckoned with though. Pity that the Black Night is only half the man he used to be. He'd have been very handy in a scrap.

Now where did I leave those shrubberies...

Exactly.

The press are just milking the story for all it's worth... ;)

Goddam immigrant cows. Coming over here, replacing the indigenous cow population, no doubt producing cheaper milk....

You know what we should do, dontcha?

Could call on the killer rabbit for a tag team phenomenon?

Or was he killed in the blast from the holy hand grenade?
