What was your fav ps2 game?

Naval ops : commander.

Its cheap and cheesy but iam horribly addicted, its a top down-ish action/arcade sea battle 'sim' with heavy elements in many RPG elements with grinding for money/experience levelling up various techs and a heavy bias to customising your ships.

Graphics arent very good, the storyline is deep in the realms of WTF? and the sound is iffy.

But i love it anway.
 
I cant help but struggle to answer this. PS2 has such a large amount of awesome games.

the original Devil May Cry is definately one of my favourites.
God of war 1 and 2, Were magnificent games and each worth calling a favourite
Final Fantasy 10 and 12 were epic, each in a different way. And both games are favourites.
The Metal Gear series is one of my favourites, and so considering MGS2 and MGS3 are both on PS2, they are without a doubt favourites of mine.
 
Gran Turismo 4
playing this over a network was absolutely amazing...took a bit of work to setup but was well worth it.

lol - too right - managed to get mine to 99.8% :)

GT2 I miss the most though - had better tracks and loads more cars.
Tekken Tag was my overall fav though I must admit.
