Don't say that, I've just spent 500 and a bit quid on a 12 year old G-ShockMy 15 year old GWM5600 finally fell apart , the bezel screws fell out over the years so the bezel was superglued to the movement , the strap was cracked and snapping , so got the GW5610U , apart from UK date format and multiband 6 instead of 5 and whitish backlight instead of green dont know what else is different .
with luck this will do me for another 15 years as well.
