What word am I trying to think of?

Smorgasbord's a perfectly cromulent word - I've seen it used more than myriad (which is a fine word itself). Implies variety as well as number, which plethora and myriad don't. Also adds the sarcastic tone of the letter.

I've seen myriad used many times but I've never seen smorgasbord.

Words like smorgasbord truly embiggen our vocabulary. :)

(According to wiki) smorgasbord is used to define a variety of pleasant things. Are these council initiatives pleasant? :p

Letters to the council, more sarcasm the better :)

Therefore I vote smorgasbord, you'd be having a dig at the initiatives, as well as your lack of use for them.
