I have only recently had it pointed out to me that I 'always' spell weird wrong. I have always spelt weird, wierd.

Just seen this post.. suffice to say you are totally mistaken mate. There is no such word as 'center' in British English.

Actually Webster changed words like that to make them more logical and phonetic. You don't say it 'sen-tre' do you?

I always used to spell definitely wrong but seem to have got it now.

Your/You're and They're/There/Their along with bought/brought seem to be the mistakes I notice other people making most often.

I tend to write "liek" instead of "like" quite a lot when typing fast.

Me too... although someone had it spelt correctly in their sig the actual wording was 'its spelt DEFINITELY!!!' or something - that was always a help to me!

Other than that, (sp?) in a post doesn't bother me, as I'm at work and often don't have time to make an accurate post without getting caught.

It's when people don't bother to spell check their thread titles which grates me...

I do that with like as well. You've also just reminded me, and I'm not having a dig at you dun

, that some people adjoin "a lot" and "aswell".

That might be down to people typing quickly though.
