I currently have Windows 7 installed on 2 WD Raptor 74Gb 8Mb cache drives in RAID 0. I have rebuilt my PC and installed another 74Gb 16Mb cache drive.
My questions are -

Would I be better using the new drive for my swap/page file only,

Would I see an improvement in overall speed if I make the RAID from all 3 drives

or

Would I see a bigger improvement in game loading times if I install games only on the new drive?

In Windows 7 the current RAID setup scores 5.9. Is that reasonable?

Regarding using the other drive for a page file, how much RAM do you have currently?, if it's like 3/4GB etc, then I doubt you will see any real benefit from having a page file on another drive as it will be barely used anyway.

You would see more of a performance boost (at least with transfer speeds) in using all 3 drives as a raid, but bare in mind this also increases the risk of losing everything as there'll be a higher chance of one drive dying, so make sure you have anything important backed up.

Putting them on a new drive may make a difference, but depends on how much space you have left on your existing setup, (and how much is games?). The first 15-20% of any drive (whether that's Raided or not) will be fast, after that, the speed begins to drop off as it gets filled up.
