What would you do if you found THIS in your Kids Drink?

Maybe if everyone sends these pictures and writes a letter to Vimto, we will all get loads of free Vimto.

Contact Nichols PLC they have a phone number on their website. They own the Vimto brand / company.

You can also go down the route of food standards agency,

Chances are they will take it serious, they cannot afford not to if it looks like contamination of one sort or another. Expect to have to send it in to them for examination though.

how on earth have you not read the bottle? it will have something on there about 'if something is wrong with this product'.

I thought i would add vimto is an anagram of vomit:p

Got a kind of skin colour going on on one side of it, that cap thing.

that look wrong...

has nobody else noticed that the vimto is in 2 different glass'?

Seriously man, go to the doctors and sue Vimto!

I drank from the bottle first, as you do, noticed it tasted funny, then poured it into a glass and saw that. Then put it in another glass (clear, not textured) so i could take a pic from the side....

Some good advice there people, thank you.

Read the bottle, but there's only a phone number.

Just preparing a letter and printed the photos.

My dad found a tooth in a dolmio pasta sauce pot, well he found it in his pasta when eating.

Got sod all back, to this day we don't know if it was a human tooth or what, bloody big molar none the less :/

I got a pack of cheese and onion hula hoops once and it was ready salted inside, so i sent the packet off to them (because they said so) and I got 4 big packs of hula hoops and £10 voucher :D

These things do happen sometimes and as stated above, all companies will have a procedure for it.

I recently had a box of Rice Krispies that tasted awful so I filled in the form on the Kellogg's website, they replied and posted me a bag to send them back in. A week or so later I received the following letter:

Dear Feek,

I was sorry to learn that you have had a complaint concerning Kellogg's Rice Krispies and thank you for contacting us.

It would appear that the cereal has become odour contaminated at some stage during the chain of distribution. Unfortunately, due to their dry composition, strong smelling vapours can be absorbed and retained by this product. Substances of this type are not used or stored in our factories or warehouses. I can assure you that I have brought this incident to the attention of our quality assurance manager for further investigation.

Blah blah, have six quid's worth of Kellogg's vouchers for being awesome.

Lots of love.

Mrs. Doris,
Kellogg's

So don't immediately go down the 'sue sue sue' path, contact them and as it's a genuine complaint, I'm sure it will be dealt with sympathetically.
