What would you do if you were in my position?

*I'd ring up their customer service and ask to be referred to their supervisor/manager, I'd then hope they have no knowledge of law... name some random act and then tell them that I'm entitled to this and that, and hope that they refund me.









*If worst comes to worst
 
Just phone them, if the customer service person fecks about speak to their line manager. Posture that if they dont give a refund for delivery and upgrade your product you will ask for a full refund. They want your business. hard as it may be to believe
 
What is it with the UK and the compensation culture?

Should you get compensation? No. Should you get a refund of the postage because it's not what you ordered? Yes. Simple really. If you weren't happy with the service you should have either cancelled the order or just asked for the lot to be refunded.

I believe i should get compensation at least because my girlfriend lost a mornings pay waiting for something that the retailer knew was never going to arrive, if not for anything else.
