Consider a situation where you have enough funds to study a second undergraduate degree at 22, ;) :D

Would you?

Or would you do your PhD,

Take into consideration you might have an excellent job at the time?

David

I would continue the job because if I where to spend another three years in a university I would flip, possibly killing whoever I see with my ninja skillz.

Stay on your job.

If its a good job with good pay that i enjoyed i would take to my employer about the possibilities of doing a part time degree.

At 22 I'd want to get a job and contribute something to society.

Real world experience > certificates.

I wouldn't do a second bachelor's degree unless it would lead to a specific job that I wanted to do. E.g. law or pharmacy etc.

Personally, I wouldn't do a Ph.D either because after my bachelors I decided that I wasn't suited to academic life and I was better suited to work. But I'm not you :)

phd, you get to be called Dr. DAVEM by 25.

No, seriously, if I had the willpower, interest to research something for a few years without getting bored, I'd totally do a phd. The student life with the money coming in (well, if you get paid for it). Plus it means you may get to travel lots usually.
