I have now received the original order which was supposibly delivered by Amtrak last Friday, but turned up this morning.
After trying to contact "a competitor" all via email/live chat etc i have not been getting anywhere I called my credit card company and filed a dispute. The ordered it again from "another competitor" which will arrive today.
Do I deny all knowledge and continue the claim as I have been wholesale messed around, or send it back and ask for a refund should this "competitor" be able to do this.
Reason I am peeved is because the lastest update yesterday said "competitor" was waiting to interview the driver of Parcel Force!?!?!?! even though it was deliver by Am Trak, I totally feel like shafting them because at the end of the day they will claim from Am Trak!
What woould you do? Keep the card and flog it, or send it back out of pocket on the delivery of sending it back, as well as getting a new one from a "competitor" and charged delivery again?
