If someone gave you a drink that was a precious jewel, for example a liquid form of diamond that tasted like the worst smell you can imagine, and lingered for days, and that only by passing through your digestive system gradually became solid, and obviously be worth a lot of money, but was painful and cut your insides before natural excretion, where you then had to fish it out of your own produce.

e.g. pain while dumping, £40/week
pain for several hours per day, £300/week
