hello everyone

I got some chicken breasts for tonight
normally I use my GF (george foreman) to grill the breasts with some rice on the side and or veg (keeping it clean to lose some lard atm)

but I fancy something different tonight - what do u lot do with your chicken?

Tub of Elmlea cream or similar
Couple of table spoons of Mango Chutney
Chicken Breasts

Stick in oven dish and cook for approx 40-50 mins( keep covered for approx 20 mins with tinfoil at the start)

Serve with rice or spuds and veg

what is that actually called? feels unhealthy with the cream mmmm

Chicken cut into strips. Buy or create a cajun spice mix then mix that into some sour cream. Put the chicken into the mix and leave it in the fridge for a while. You can then either cook it in the oven or on a skillet, serve with salad, some cooked halloumi cheese and small portion of chips.

Marinade it in olive oil, garlic, lime juice, chilli and plenty of salt. But it's going to be so damn dry with chicken breast. Works better with a whole or half chicken.

Cook it in a mustard and cider sauce, plenty of onions.
Or on kebab skewers with peppers and mushrooms, marinated in corriander, lemon and olive oil. Well seasoned and grilled.

First 2 things that spring to mind, god I hate george foreman grills, stick it under the broiler if you're doing the second thing.

why do you hate my GF?

what she ever done to u? lol

Mince the chicken finely, either by hand or in blender, chop onion and season with whatever. Roll into meatballs and grill, turning once and making sure the centre is piping hot or squash into flat patty for chicken burger

Or roll in egg and then seasoned breadcrumbs, then bake. Make quick stock roux with curry powder, or use decent jarred curry sauce and serve with rice for a makeshift chicken katsu

This is what I did with mine...

Fajitas is a weekly staple in my house - chicken, onion, pepper, old el paso kit and side bits (rice, lettuce, cheese, cucumber etc) to put in or alongside them. Not adventurous at all but unbelievably good.

Other than that we don't commonly eat chicken - curry is common in the non-summer months,
