What would you suggest to upgrade?

My 'gaming' PC has started to feel a little sluggish and I was hoping you guys could help me on what components to upgrade in my PC. I have a maximum budget of around £500.

My current components are:

Motherboard : M68MT-S2
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 850 3.3ghz
Graphics Card : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460
Power Supply : ZS Series 650W
RAM : 8GB DDR3

If you want to play mostly new and upcoming games, an FX-8320 + 7950 would be very good. Otherwise:
