What wrong with my CPU?

When I'm exporting a video in Premiere Pro, my CPU usage goes upto 100% and I don't know why. In everything else I do it's fine, gaming ect..

This is not good for obvious reasons I suppose, also makes those H100 fans even noisier. And I know there is something wrong because I was at Uni yesterday and was exporting the same footage on a i7 2600k with 8gigs of ram.

Also when exporting my ram usage is like 3Gig or so...

Specs:

i7 3770k Cooled with H100
AMD Gigabyte windforce 7970 OC
8G ram
MSI G45 Mobo
120G SSD
1TB Caviar Black
750W Corsair Power Supply

Nothing wrong with a CPU being utilised 100%? I'd imagine it's because the Ivy bridge is doing more work gpu-wise than the Sandy counterpart.

I'm guessing by exporting a video it is converting/encoding it? So it will use all cpu power to do that.

Yeah I guess.... It's just the 2600k only used 20% max, which mean you could be doing quite a lot of other things at the same time =p Or maybe export 2 videos! =p

Thanks for the help
