Whatever Happened to....?

Have you seen Soaked in Bleach? There's no way anyone could watch that and not think something dodgy went on. I guess we'll never know.

I simply consider the fact that he talked about suicide a lot and was clearly in a dark place when he left that rehab center and flew back to Seattle. Plus no one had a motive and Courtney wasn't in Seattle when he died. But like you say, definitive answers may remain elusive,

There used to be loads of sweets which basically prepared children to smoke. From Candy sticks with red ends, liquorice pipes, real looking cigarettes with chocolate centers and of course, coconut flavoured "tobacco" (which was actually lovely). I'm not sure I miss them but I do miss the baccy one.

I miss not having a stream of autotuned garbage on the radio that all sounds the same.

I miss games having decent length, well written single player campaigns

I miss enjoying snow

I miss days seeming endless, having time in a day to do everything i needed and wanted to do

I miss being able to be ignorant of world politics

I miss the days when instead of adding every man and his dog you meet on facebook, you just remembered the people you actually liked.

I miss not having advertising shoved down your throats at every turn, was at the cinema today and sat throuh twenty bloody minutes of adverts before i got to see the film i PAID to see.

I miss enjoying snow

There is deffo less snow nowadays. Granted we had that cold 2010/11 winter where it was minus 12 and the snow stuck, but it never went over 3 or 4 inches. Last 'proper' snow (proper as in over 6") I've seen was 1996. All we get nowadays is a light dusting (like icing sugar) on the roofs that is melted by 10AM.

Not sure if the right word is lament.....but white dog poo.

There is actually a very logical and boring reason for this one...

1- Dogs food changed and contains less calcium from bone meal and other additives
2- Owners and rules changed where most now use a bag everytime.
3- It never dries cause it's never hot and never stops raining.

Sad times. :(

I just get weeks of having to refill the washer bottle on the car before every trip i make and it being empty by the time i get there.

Too much road salt!

I just wish i could get up, see snow, and go out and enjoy it rather than have a dreary commute stuck in traffic because theres always one idiot who doesnt know how to drive at more than 1mph in snow

Bin men that actually worked hard for a living, lifting heavy coal ashed filled metal bins plus taking away black bags that where left by the side of your bins & you had one bin not 5.

Not like today where they won't take your bin if the lid open slightly & moan about health & safety all of the time, plus don't return your wheely bin back to your front you have walk half mile down the street to collect it.
