hi,

i have only just heard about these drive bays that can clone an hard drive to another with ease but there are so many and a lot of them seam cheap with bad reviews and i was wondering if anyone can tell me what brands of them are good to buy please.

Also can they copy and hard drive with operating system intack? obviously you would have to change all the drivers if put into another machine but can they clone the op?

huge thanks for any help

we have 5 pcs in our house and i think it would be a good thing to have around in case i ever need to transfer a small hard drive to a new larger one without having to format anything etc. though none of them seam to have ide socket but i guess a convertor might work but most are satas

no worries but thanks for that info its greatly needed as i have just only learnt about these and any info is great because like i said there are 100s out there lol and dont want to end up with a rubbish one :) so i will check the one you mentioned for sure :)
