What's a safe temperature for an overclocked R520?

It depends on what you're asking. 
R520 is rated as able to handle up to something like 110-120ºC, so it's "safe" until around there, but I am guessing what you're asking me is a reasonable/average temperature for it.
My old X1800XT went up to about 85ºC under load with the stock cooler, and about 80ºC when I put a Zalman VF900-Cu on. Ironically though, my X1900XT only goes up to 76ºC with the VF900-Cu on, so I am guessing I applied the thermal paste unevenly or too thick when I fitted it to my X1800XT.
