What's a solid office CPU?

We use MS Office, I take it that doesn't support the funky AMD stuff?

I'm thinking with an SSD actually the AMD and Intel will both be pretty similar for office tasks... ?

Can't see there being much difference at all AMD/Intel with an SSD, but the Intel Pentium works out stronger in CPU performance.

I dont know if LibreOffice can make make use of the HSA but it can use Mantle.

Surprisingly LibreOffice also supports mantle as well according to the release notes. However you will need the 14.1 driver which is being compiled and uploaded at the time of this writing to utilize this feature. Mantle will accelerate lower-end CPUs by up to 300% in some tasks while having modest improvements for those with more recent powerful CPUs. Real niceties for those like myself on AMD phenom IIs with the later 7000 series cards.

Libreoffice makes very good use of HSA in fact, as seen here with Kaveri obliterating a 4th gen Intel i5.
