as topic says, whats best ive fitted thermalright 120 ultra, and ive just used the tim that came with the cooler, would you guys say arctic siler 5 would be better?????, im saying this because ive got a 12g tube full of it lol, from prevouis build, :)

If it's the Thermalright Chill Factor that's pre-applied then it's very good stuff. There's really not a lot of difference between them all anyway. Chill Factor, AS5, OCZ Freeze, MX-2 etc are all more or less the same performance wise.

When i first got my TRUE i used as5, i had to remove the cooler once and the only paste i had was the thermalright chillfactor stuff that came with the cooler, put it on and the temps were identical to the as5.

aye OCZ freeze or AS5 both good they both perform about the same as each other also or there about

from what ive heard the stock paste on the intel duo heatsinks are just as good,
but it wouldnt hurt getting some ac5 incase u need to reseat the heatsink or whatever.

too bad the cooler itself is not...okay if you are not overclocking through

Quoted for truth.

Possibly sneaking ahead by a nose you also have Innovative Cooling Diamond 7 and Coollaboratory Liquid PRO. Watch the latter, it's electrically conductive, should never be used with aluminium, needs an initial 50c blast to get working and is apparently a pain to remove.

well, thats me out than...and I m sure the cpu heatspreader is aluminium coated...I can't use it becasue my heatsink is aluminium/copper
