OK.

Now what exactly are the differences between the Titan Sabre and Titan Crossfire apart from the graphics cards? Would it be cheaper to buy the Crossfire with the 4890 from the Titan Sabre?
 
The CPU in the sabre is considerably better than the one in the Crossfire, if you get them to remove the CPU then the price of the sabre should drop more than the crossfire.

The PSU in the Sabre is an OCZ modular, while the Crossfire has a non-modular Corsair one.

Better CPU cooler in the Sabre (as discussed before).

The standard Sabre is £100 more than the crossfire.

The 4850s will likely be faster that the single 4890 at resolutions of 1680x1050 and below, beyond that you want the extra video memory of the 4890.
