What's for lunch?

Right now I'm eating a Brie & Tomato Panini.

Getting a bit bored of my lunches now, I always make plain tuna/sweetcorn/celery/pepper salad or ham sandwich. Would like to know what you guys have for lunch and hopefully it'll give me some good ideas as to what I can make for lunch

Today was pretty damn rubbish due to being lazy and buying a low quality chicken sandwich from nearby. Bleaurgh.

Something that is often very low effort to prepare but really tasty is just to take in some crusty bread, humous and olives/tomatoes. Just dip the bread in the humous and intersperse it with tomato and olive. Kind of messy but damn nice.

Thick cut white bread, buttered generously, covered in a chilli smoked cheese, and German salami. I have this every lunch, every weekday, since i started work.

Hungarian salami in a wholemeal roll, another with some grated cheddar and some grapes.
