the op says its a good time to purchase a low end card for physx use.
it says that it ships 'with any Nvidia GTX 580, 570 and selected 560 cards'

How does this work then ? I have a GTX 580 in my system at present. If I bought one of the above cards, do you just configure it in the Nvidia Control Panel to only be used for PhysX ? Is it really worth it ?

Promotion doesnt include EVGA 560 ti's ?
correct. you add a second card and it takes PhysX processing off the main gpu leaving it open to perform at max fps
