Whats happened to my paint?

Hey, just got back from having my car washed and i have noticed the following damage on my paint. Any ideas what could have caused it and how/if i can get rid of it? It feels rough to the touch.

Looks like car was poorly repaired and pressure washer has removed the repair.

You need to try and polish it out see where it ends up, if no good, get the car properly repaired by a body shop.

I agree it looks like a poor repair coming undone, but it looks to me more like a reaction to a chemical. Used any TFR or tar remover on it recently?

I noticed that the wing mirror caps that I resprayed for the wife react in broadly the same way to Autobrite's Just the Tonic.

Maybe resprayed outside of a proper booth and has moisture trapped under it.

Thanks guys. The car had a nearly full respray 5 months ago so i will take it back to them and see what they say.

Yea, it's under a year so I expect they should.be able to sort it
