Depends what you define as chavs to be honest, as we dont have anyone round here who wear rockport with trackies or wear burberry hats etc thats my definition of em.
We just know em' as scallys or gang members, known locally as #### ups

Well I think of them as people that wear all that pap but also when I hear someone say "chav" or whatever, I think of that horrible scum race that hit people for no reason.. Or they always need to have 7 people beating up one person or whateverchris_r said:

What is happening? That is a complex question and the causes are also complex. However, it breaks down into several main areas:
The first, and possibly biggest reason, is the lack of discipline in schools. Over the past decade or so teachers have lost control and as a consequence children are growing up without self respect and respect for others around them. We downgrade education, thinking up all sorts of schemes to keep students in education, yet teach them nothing whilst at the same time keeping them off the dole queues.
The Police are stiffled by political correctness and government interference and directives have left them us an impotent force who's main job is to collect revenue in the form of traffic fines. We do not punish criminals instead we try to understand them and treat their so called disadvantages whilst ignoring the needs of the victims.
As a country we have been brainwashed by the liberal elite into thinking that old fashioned values have no merit, we accept eating in front of a television as normal, put no value on families by too generous benefits for single parents and young mothers. We encourage chav scum to breed by handing out birth contol pills to underage girls unable to take the responsibility of taking them.
We allow all and sundry to come into this country and dictate to us what they want, how they are needy and why it is our fault without a word of thanks. We allow our value to be subordinate to theirs under some deluded ideology that it is to make for our past colonial oppressions.
We allow ourselves to be dictated to by a Europe Union that sees us as nothing but a convenient floating wallet just off the mainland. Our laws are no longer made in this land and we sit at the feet of our European masters, like an obedient lapdog, mumbling the mantra of 'The Human Rights Act'.
That is just for starters, I am building up to quite a rant here and so I shall stop....for now.

Thats the point i was trying to make, Instead of a Majority being attacked its now a minority, MOST of us wont get stabbed on a bus just by bumpin into somebody. Most of us will lead 'happy' lifes without being murdered or whatever, im very happy in this society.
This is a terrible incident noway am i saying its not.
