I'll agree on some points. I don't use bluetooth very often unless I'm driving or need to send a pic to someone and I'm out and about without my laptop, or need to transfer a file to someone elses computer so i can then email it to myself.
The camera on the iPhone is awful, I currently have the original N95 and the camera on that is fine for everyday quick shots or spare of the moment things.
If I'm going out anywhere that I know will need a good camera, then I'll use my dedicated digital.

Ill just use my device as a removable drive through bluetooth
Shoulda got an Omnia or Diamond if you wanted a touchscreen with all the toys
Also, every other person has an iphone now, its not like they are a OMG you have an iphone gadget any more as they are so widespead so you cant even argue the l33t factor any more

Edit: Actually Stellios beat me to it lol. I'm no fanboy but admit to falling to the Apple overhype. Now I want a BlackBerry because I know it'll proper excel at comms.
I've got confused with the names now. I just used the Bold on the way home at CPW and quite liked it. Not sure how to go about switching to another phone mid-contract though.I want a Blackberry Storm (9500 i think), I hate to admit it but it does look good.
Deffo want to move away from the 3G though. My little cousins sent me an MMS over the weekend...I felt like I was doing the timewarp (ala 2003) as I had to go online on the pc to view it.
Totally agreed, the touch screen interface on Windows Mobile is awful I mean really slow and really sluggish to accept user input. And I think that £400 (judging by a popular online e-tailer) for 4gb is taking the proverbial to be quite fair, by the fact that you can get the 16GB 3G which is four times the storage for £359.99! Who cares about Sat Nav etc in a phone, I bought my iPhone so I can listen to tracks and phone people off one device easily and quickly, unfortunately after having a play with an HTC Touch Diamond this just simply isn't the case.
However, the jesus phone has a fair few flaws, for one the stupid accelerometer is a pain in the arse and I wish it could be turned off, does my head in. Obviously everyone will bitch about Bluetooth etc, but you can see why, Apple don't want you having access to your iTunes library and sharing it around the whole estate. And about MMS I have to laugh, I can't remember the last time I used or received one, if your on the legit iPhone contract you can mail high quality pictures to people's E-Mail addresses anyway, every man and his dog has one these days!
I think the iPhone is under some serious strain from Blackberry, they are going to have to pull their socks up if they are going to try and compete. And with the Storm coming to Vodafone, they will promote the hell out of it to affect iPhone sales.
No dissing the ol' 3 series.. my 3110 survived many punishments.. including the "I left it on the roof of the car only to discover that when stopping at a junction.." pity the battery foobarred after years of service..
I'm on my 3rd blackberry and GoogleMaps with it's inbuilt GPS rocks.. an OTA install that's saved me many times.. on my recent visit to the desolate parts of western Ireland..
The only thing I miss is Bluetooth on my iphone, but I didn't use that much anyway so moot point for me.
The camera is pretty crappy also but if you want to take proper pictures get a proper camera!
It's all relative, if you only use your phone for SMS, calling and internet surfing then the iPhone is all you need. It's annoying for people who need a little bit extra for whatever reason.
In my experience there's nothing wrong with the camera in reasonable light - admittedly in low light it sucks but then the only camera phone I've had which didn't suck in low light is the K800i and that's only because it has a flash.
As for Bluetooth and SMS I've never had any need to use them so that's not an issue for me. I'm not a fanboy, I'm just saying that the key points most anti-iphone people come up with aren't applicable to me.
