What's old generations are equal or better than the rx 460 for....

either same price if it's better or less if it's equal?..

Forgetting dx12 as I won't get win 10 unless a system comes with it, think on this site anyways the cheapest rx 460 2gb is under £90 and with no luck on selling or swapping my computer I have just purchased brand new from shop a no brand atx gaming case(looks good quality and would do what I need so don't care about brands), so as my gtx 750 was purchased specifically for viglen case setup I feel as I will have my 520w seasonic back out the box I should get a more powerful card again(Xbox going back upstairs, so will be gaming to an extent again on pc) but unsure whether to keep trying to sell my 750 or trade it for a better card of used or save up and buy a rx 460 like I've been wanting...

My old HP non HD(has dvi though)be been using is being replaced with a 1080p 24" tv as the missus got a 42 for her side of the bedroom so I'm having her 32 it's replaced for my side, it's goodmans so it's old, but has hdmi, usb, freeview etc and it's not bad for Xbox, so seems stupid to replace it with a proper monitor at this moment in time..
 
Probably nobody will reply still lol, its only because when I search anything on google it's all mixed reviews on cards nor sometimes does it even find what I'm actually after as a lot of results are outdated or don't even mention an RX or 10 series In comparisons I'm after and some cards I do read about are just not available close by without travelling over an hour.

I was going to try swap or buy a PS4 as I want no mans sky, but as that didn't work out I want to play the copy I own on pc which probably isn't a complete version for now and when I played it last on a weaker card it was under 20fps which was playable enough to get off the planet, but I want to get 30fps at least for a better gameplay experience.

I could buy a 6870 or a 660 today/tomorrow for £30 or less, but don't know if even the GTX is worthwhile.
