I may be a few days late, but still..
I made:
Starter:
Small crab cakes on bed of lettuce with mango salsa.
Main:
FREE organic free-range turkey with all the trimmings.
Dessert:
Spun sugar basket of home-made vanilla ice cream with home-made strawberry puree and chocolate sauce!
Desssert #2:
(Yeah home-made again) Christmas pudding (I don't like it, so I just do it to set the *****er on fire!)

Christmas and Boxing Day Breakfast - Croissants with Gammon and Cheese
Christmas Dinner (Turkey, Honey cooked Gammon, Pigs in Blankets, Sausage Meat (stuffed in turkeys neck), stuffing, selection of veg including sweet baked carrots and pan fried french beans.
Boxing Day Lunch
Cold meat, pots, pigs, sausage meat, salad and beans.
Boxing Day Evening Food - Selection of cured meats and cheese in crackers.
Christmas and Boxing Day Breakfast - Croissants with Gammon and Cheese
