The production process was followed through from the cutting tables to final inspection. Process are mature and well established with a good
measure of control.
Testing was seen covering sealant harness-lines 1 & 2, desiccant testing, primary seal weights, hot melt temperatures and these were satisfactory.
Spacer bar adhesion tests were conducted with two day old samples from lines 1 & 3
